We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Professional to join our team at Exceptional Care, a leading provider of therapeutic children's services in the Northwest of England.
As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 8-17 with complex needs, providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters their emotional and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with challenging behavior and emotional behavioral difficulties
- Develop positive relationships with children and young people, and work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure their needs are met
- Contribute to a team environment that promotes a loving, stable, and secure atmosphere for young people to thrive

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
