Lead UI Artist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI Artist to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the UI team and driving the delivery and quality of the UI for our upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UI team and design and iterate UX and drive the UI/UX deliverables for the project
  • Build a UX strategy for a brand-new game, helping to shape the UX vision in collaboration with experts from the Design team
  • Drive the delivery and quality of the UI for the project, mentoring and supporting UI designers, artists, and technical designers

Requirements

  • Experience designing UX/UI
  • Experience managing a small team through all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Portfolio showing experience designing high fidelity UI using industry standard tools, such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc
  • Able to effectively communicate whilst building long-term, trusting relationships with a wide range of people
  • Passionate about video games & games development
