Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team at Fortec Distribution Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift truck to load and unload pallets in our hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift truck to transport pallets within the hub, ensuring quality and accuracy of loads
  • Perform routine pre-inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Report any non-compliance, accidents, or near misses to management
  • Communicate with customer vehicle drivers as needed
  • Compile reports for damaged product, poorly presented vehicles, or site damage

Requirements

  • Valid FLT Licence
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Experience with scanning equipment or working in a pallet hub is beneficial

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 20:00-06:00

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent
