Job Description

Painter and Decorator Multi Skilled-(241070) Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out painting and decorating work to a high standard, ensuring all surfaces are treated and made safe.
  • Use multi-skilled approach to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work across properties in Hertfordshire and Essex, using company van for business use and commuting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Participate in out-of-hours service on a rota basis, with additional generous on-call payment.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in painting and decorating or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
  • Flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement.
  • Full current driving licence.
