About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator Multi Skilled to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group Repairs Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will support our customers whose properties have been impacted by damp and mould, using your multi skills to treat surfaces and make them safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work, including decorating works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Multi skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Hertfordshire and Essex, with all jobs scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in painting and decorating or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you'll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
