About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quantitative Development Specialist. The primary focus of this role will be to work closely with commodities traders to meet their pricing, risk, and market analysis tool requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong mathematical and programming skills, with experience in implementing clean, robust solutions in C#, C++, and Python. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger development team and take a pragmatic approach to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in C# quantitative development in the financial industry.
  • Experience with Python, including web and data visualization libraries (dash, panel, plotly etc.) is preferred.
  • Commodities experience, including understanding of exchange and OTC contracts in gas, power, oil, and products, argis, bulks, freight, is preferred.
  • Experience in C++ is also preferred.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as pension scheme, health insurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
