About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Department role at Economicsnetwork, responsible for overseeing all aspects of provision in our Department of Psychology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong leadership of the academic portfolio and strategic direction of the Department.
  • Promote and support education, research, enterprise, and professional practice activities to deliver and enhance the student, external stakeholder, and colleague experience.
  • Manage the interrelationships with external organisations including Professional and Statutory Regulatory Bodies.

Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving key performance metric targets for their area.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
