Workshop Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing generators, plant machinery, hydraulic breakers, and robotics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and repairing generators, plant machinery, hydraulic breakers, and robotics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Testing new machines and tooling to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance and providing excellent customer support.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Completing detailed job reports and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Communicating clearly with customers regarding equipment issues and repairs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing an exceptional level of service.
Workshop Engineer Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
Workshop Engineer Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000, plus:

  • Working hours: 6:30am-5pm.
  • Holiday package: 20+8BH.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card.
  • Overtime available.
  • Pension.
