Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House staff member to join our team at The Queen's Head in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, working closely with our kitchen staff, and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for
  • Take accurate orders and work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Ensure payments and receipts are accurate and efficient
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings to enhance the guest experience
  • Monitor service standards and report any incidents or issues to management
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Passion for food and beer, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, with a focus on delivering results
