  5. Business Development: Support business improvement initiatives, collaborating with the management team to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key financial advisor to senior leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to influence strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  1. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with a strong financial management background in a B2B, multi-site, or manufacturing/processing environment.
  2. Demonstrable experience in providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Competencies
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business drivers, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Broad financial management expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the financial implications of commercial decisions.
About the Role

This is a fixed-term, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £**£60,000 - £70,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, enhanced family-friendly policies, and employee assistance program.
