About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Pensions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on all types of occupational pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide group pension advice and guidance to corporate clients
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to retain and develop, ensuring first-class benefit strategy and consulting support
  • Work with clients on new projects and develop new ideas to enhance services
  • Manage third-party supplier relationships and deal with industry regulators
Requirements
  • Solid experience of all types of occupational pension schemes
  • Knowledge of the DB pensions market
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technical pension matters and industry developments
  • Experience of managing third-party supplier relationships and dealing with industry regulators
