About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Systems Accountant to join our dynamic team at MorePeople. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving consistency, standardisation, and innovation across all pillars of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the use of reporting systems to ensure standardised product KPIs and improve data accuracy.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve Grower Returns issues, including system errors and maintaining accurate master data.
  3. Support reconciliation of returns data and financials, developing insightful reports to monitor key metrics.
  4. Assist with automating financial processes, particularly around Grower Returns postings.
  5. Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed, bringing expertise and problem-solving abilities to the table.

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting background with a focus on data and systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing at all levels.
