Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Homelessness Prevention Specialist to join our team at i-Jobs. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1-2-1 support and performance development for team leaders, managing housing performance statistics, and developing and implementing housing policies.

About the Role:

  • Support and develop team leaders in their roles.
  • Manage housing performance statistics to prevent homelessness.
  • Develop and implement housing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to manage housing performance statistics.
  • Ensure staff are trained and coached to deliver high-quality services.
  • Represent the council in statutory investigations.
  • Manage staff within the Housing Solutions Service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in homelessness and housing advice.
  • Knowledge of Homelessness Act 2002, Housing Act 1996, and relevant legislation.

Estimated Salary: £35,990 per annum
