We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Supply and Logistics team in one of our fastest-growing Hubs. As Associate Director, you'll be responsible for delivering medicine to patients in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery of Lilly products across multiple countries.
  • Oversee commercial and operational execution of delivery through third-party logistics providers.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Solution (GBS) to ensure compliance with business processes, including order management, credit management, supply replenishment, delivery, and cash collection.
  • Lead local governance and communication, ensuring timely review and accurate demand statement is available to manufacturing.
  • Operational analytics: review trends and execute necessary supply decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supply chain operational and commercial experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry.
  • An unwavering commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences, demonstrated through marketing/sales, medical, compliance, project roles, operational, procurement, or other relevant experience.
