The Opportunity

We are looking for a technically proficient senior commercial account handler to join our corporate team, to manage client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances, including some more complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional advice and guidance at all times.
  • Coordinate client interaction with specialist teams offering technical advice across a range of insurance and risk management services.
  • Develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and be comfortable around complex reporting and MI.
  • Be well organised and comfortable working to deadlines, with a positive mindset and good IT skills.

Requirements

  • Experience of the Commercial Insurance market, with some experience in a Senior Account Handling, Broking, customer service or sales role.
  • Exposure to the corporate sector would be of interest.
  • Excellent communicators with a proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates will be technically competent, possess a good eye for detail and be comfortable around complex reporting and MI.
