We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Helpdesk Expert to join our team at NRG. As a leading provider of IT services, we offer a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals to develop their careers and deliver outstanding technical support to our growing customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support to clients, addressing and resolving a wide range of issues up to second-line level, encompassing Microsoft technologies and VoIP systems. You will also take an active role in project delivery, including the installation and configuration of servers and networks to meet client requirements.
