We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the restaurant and bar operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and support a team of 5 supervisors and numerous assistants, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to deliver fine dining experiences that reflect the luxury and prestige of the hotel.
- Proven experience in fine dining and working in 4 or 5-star hotel establishments.
- Confident communicator with a keen interest in all aspects of hospitality.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service will be highly advantageous.
