We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to help drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum.
