We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Curriculum Manager to join our faculty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the curriculum for Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, and adult courses in Electrical Installations.

The successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities to engage staff with college processes and meet performance targets. You will use Quality Improvement data to drive measurable improvements and support staff in delivering teaching and assessments that align with college and awarding body requirements.

In this role, you will develop inclusive teaching practices and collaborate with the Excellence Coach team to enhance delivery. You will ensure adjustments in assessment practices to promote inclusivity while meeting awarding body criteria and advance equality and equal outcomes in learner recruitment and achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality assurance activities to engage staff with college processes and meet performance targets.
