About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing high-quality educational support to pupils with SEN. As a Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning plans, collaborating with teaching staff, and providing one-to-one and group support to enhance student confidence and academic achievement.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  2. Work closely with teachers to ensure seamless integration with mainstream curriculum and maximize student outcomes.
  3. Offer targeted support to students in need, promoting their confidence, self-esteem, and academic achievement.
  4. Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust support strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with SEN students or similar populations.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
