Job Title: Spinal Specialist MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spinal Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Physiotherapist team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and discharge of patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, specialising in complex spinal problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including complex spinal problems.
  • Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans, utilising clinical and organisational skills to meet the needs of patients and The Clinic.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide clinical leadership to the spinal service, driving service development and influencing clinical practices to enhance quality, productivity, and value.
  • Deliver and implement pain management groups as part of the multi-disciplinary management of patients with persistent pain.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working at a senior level as a physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients, with experience in all core areas.
  • Experience in managing patients with persistent pain.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects and/or audit.
  • Experience in line managing junior staff members.
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of communication skills to coach, mediate, negotiate, present, and train.
