* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Previous production experience
* Ability to motivate a team
* Organizational and management skills

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £33,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
