Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching, working with Local Councils and SEND teams across the UK. This role involves providing educational support to individuals who are out of mainstream education or require additional support.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and be able to provide 1:1 Tuition in Core Subjects Maths and English in preparation for GCSE Exams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing engaging, interactive lesson plans that adapt to individual learning styles
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting your approach as needed
- Fostering a supportive environment that motivates students to achieve academic success
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience.
