We are seeking a passionate and experienced EHCP Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities by managing the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate EHCPs and manage the process from start to finish.
  • Work closely with children, young people, and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Collaborate with educational, health, and social care professionals to ensure seamless coordination and effective support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, local authorities, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in SEND.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coordinating EHCPs or working within a SEND-related role in an educational, health, or social care setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and sensitively to a diverse audience.

  • Commitment to supporting the needs of children and young people with SEND, and the ability to work empathetically with families and professionals.
