Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled Project Financial Manager to oversee financial and commercial aspects of project contracts under execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting/finance, with experience managing construction-related projects and long-term service contracts.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all financial and commercial aspects of project contracts using corporate systems including NetSuite, Project Systems SAP, Floqast, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial contract terms and conditions, execute financial and operational internal controls, and manage customer contract changes and supplier claims.
  • Interface and develop sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, construction contractors, and service providers.
  • Produce month-end reporting of project EACs, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze and process project-related documents, organize project reviews from start to end, and drive improvement through change orders and supplier claims.
  • Communicate financial matters with project teams and business units, and arrange timely collection of payment milestones.
  • Forecast project spending, provide monthly accruals, and monitor and audit reports to ensure accuracy.


Requirements

  • A University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent training.
  • At least 3 years' experience managing construction-related projects and long-term service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of project-related activities, Corporate Systems, and Contract Management.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Business fluent in English.


Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Fluence offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
