As a leading PIP claim support provider, Reactive Recruitment is seeking a skilled Professional Healthcare Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will conduct assessments on behalf of the government, working in a hybrid model that combines remote and office-based work.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of post-qualification experience in Nursing, along with active registration with the NMC or HCPC, and the right to work in the UK. No prior experience as a Functional Specialist is required, as full training will be provided.

The salary for this position is £38,500 - £41,500 per year, with an additional 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time). The OTE (On Target Earnings) is £45,650.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily assessments, maintaining detailed records, and writing comprehensive reports. You will also uphold professionalism with all claimants, adhering to the highest standards of care.
