Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic and innovative Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy team as a Clinical Team Lead.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership to a designated team, overseeing sickness, absence, staff wellbeing, training, and other people management responsibilities. They will work closely with other members of the leadership team to coordinate the provision, coordination, and development of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to a designated team
  • Oversee sickness, absence, staff wellbeing, training, and other people management responsibilities
  • Work closely with other members of the leadership team to coordinate service development
  • Clinically provide a high standard of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy services
