**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead for Adult Community Psychological Services to join our team in Essex, UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with expertise in evidence-based treatments, including DBT.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination across disciplines
  • Provide specialist psychological interventions, including DBT and other evidence-based treatments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Supervise junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development

Requirements:

  • Doctoral-level training in clinical or counseling psychology
  • HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate training in DBT or willingness to undertake this training
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing effective treatment plans
