Reward Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Strategist to join our team at Achieve together. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our Total Rewards Strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain, and engage top talent.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, with a strong understanding of market trends and sector-specific requirements.

You will work closely with the Head of HR Services to create and deliver a comprehensive reward strategy, including salary reviews, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Total Rewards Strategy, aligned with business objectives and market best practices.
  • Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Design and manage employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and rewards initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to source new benefits and wellness providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Manage annual salary reviews, ad-hoc analysis, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor marketplace competitiveness and external supplier performance on all benefit or well-being related programs or services.
