About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our SACT Outreach Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients, ensuring their privacy and dignity are maintained.
  • Support the Senior Sister and work collaboratively with other colleagues within the SACT services.
  • Coordinate the Closer to Home clinics, including patient care and skill mix, and develop and support nursing staff in the absence of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
  • Support the management of the service, including delivery of SACT and patient care, and develop and support junior staff within the team.
  • Provide support to Oak Road Treatment Centre and staff as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SACT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
