Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a Motor Injury Case Handler, you will be responsible for validating requests for legal expenses cover, authorizing repudiation or rejection of claims, and proactively controlling appointed legal representatives' conduct of insurance-funded claims.
You will also manage customers' expectations, explaining decisions well, and what will happen next in the claims process. Additionally, you will ensure understanding and adherence to TCF requirements and undertake Quality Assurance review activity and provide feedback for performance improvement and reward purposes.
Requirements- 1 year of experience in legal expenses claims handling or other disciplines of claims handling
- OR Law degree, Cilex, or similar qualification
