Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As the Technical Designer, you will be responsible for providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative team, collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase, and developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative team
  • Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase
  • Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors
  • Creating detailed project drawing packs
  • Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation
  • Maintaining standards on-site
  • Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required
  • Developing commercial awareness
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients
  • Advising and mentoring junior members of the design team

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Revit and is currently working on a Revit project
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must have design & build experience
  • Confident in producing drawing packages
  • Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment
  • Relevant degree qualifications
  • Relevant professional qualifications

Location: London | Office based

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
