Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Global Resourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of business processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field
- Strong background in Microsoft and Salesforce applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation:
