Job Title: Head of Learning

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our learning principles, establishing a clear and purposeful learning platform, and driving the strategic development of our education offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Implement Learning Principles: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning framework that aligns with our company vision and values.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our product and design teams to create immersive and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our users.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Establish a framework to measure the effectiveness of our learning experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to set and achieve objectives related to learning and product development.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in education and identify opportunities to integrate innovative approaches into our learning experiences.

Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 7 years of experience in curriculum and learning design, educational program development, and content creation.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-performing teams.
