Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing staff, and developing and implementing nursing care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • NMC registration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
