Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day management of a CQC registered residential home
- Ensure the provision of therapeutic care for young people
- Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers
- Conduct referral assessments and manage placements
- Handle rota management and ensure staff coverage
- Manage quality reviews and inspections
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies
- Annual salary of up to \u00a345,000
- 24/7 employee helpline for mental health, financial, and personal matters
- Paid DBS and pension scheme
- Casual dress code and paid mileage for work-related travel
- Overtime enhancement after 172 hours (full-time)
- Refer a Friend Scheme
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Manager
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
- Experience working with young adults with complex mental health needs in a residential setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full clean driving licence (preferred)
