New Homes Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in Leeds, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
You will have a detailed knowledge of all Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and Countryside Homes sites, and will proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including mileage allowance, agile working options, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, and more.
Key requirements include excellent IT skills, strong negotiation and sales abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for property and the housing market, and are comfortable using multi-channel communication methods, we encourage you to apply.
