About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Water Infrastructure

M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Caledonia Water Alliance team in Stepps. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of clean water projects across Scotland.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our Commercial Team to understand project targets and ensure compliance with environmental processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving above-target customer satisfaction scores, and minimizing complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
  • Promote best practice in quality management
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to understand project targets
  • Ensure compliance with environmental processes and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and achieve above-target customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction
  • Completed management training, such as Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5, or equivalent
  • NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction) and Water Hygiene
  • Experience in working in the water industry
  • Proven track record in leading multidiscipline teams
  • Ability to deliver against operational targets
  • Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts
