Job Title: Senior Care AssistantWe are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Gardens, Boston PE21 8EY. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Job Description:- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication accurately and administer medications using the Emed system.
- Maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team members.
- A level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies confidently.
- Competent in all aspects of administering medicines.
- Experience working as a senior carer in residential care homes with dementia.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
- Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications (approximately £11-£13 per hour).

Total estimated salary range: £22,520 - £26,640 per annum (based on approximately 37.5 hours per week).
