Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Gardens, Boston PE21 8EY. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Description:
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication accurately and administer medications using the Emed system.
  • Maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team members.
Requirements:
  • A level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage emergencies confidently.
  • Competent in all aspects of administering medicines.
  • Experience working as a senior carer in residential care homes with dementia.

Total estimated salary range: £22,520 - £26,640 per annum (based on approximately 37.5 hours per week).
