Priory Hospital Barnt Green, located in the stunning Lickey Hills Country Park, invites applications for a Lead Acute Care Team member. As a key figure in this new and developing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of mental health services in a state-of-the-art hospital.

The hospital features a range of facilities, including thirty-three beds across three wards, a large Outpatient department, and regional conference spaces. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding results.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in investigations, complaints, and report writing.
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with an excellent salary, estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
