About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, London. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring all information is correct.
  • To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
  • To ensure all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed in the most courteous way.
  • To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
  • To inform supervisors of all guest comments and requirements that cannot be resolved immediately.
  • To be familiar with and implement any relevant legislation, such as liquor licensing.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment. You should have a high level of accuracy in overseeing daily operations, inspections and reports, with an eye for luxury standards. You will also be flexible and willing to extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned by management.
