Production Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineering Manager to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the Operational Engineering elements within the Manufacturing and Packaging areas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all engineering activity within the relevant value stream at Worthing.
- Provide senior engineering leadership as part of the ELT group for engineering operations across site.
- Develop and implement engineering strategy, performance, compliance, cost, and ways of working for the assigned value stream.
- Direct project control of minor capital activity.
- Ensure all elements of equipment and engineering compliance (Quality and EHS) within the value stream.
- Lead the management of Engineering Continuous Improvement strategy.
- Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline.
- Experience of engineering maintenance management, minimum Green Belt in Lean Sigma.
- Project Management skills.
- Good financial understanding.
- Good understanding of Quality Management System.
