About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a Construction H&S Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to drive H&S standards, strategies, and procedures across the business and support project teams in achieving maximum H&S across their sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace without risk to health and environment.
  • Collaborate with site project teams to ensure adherence to company H&S policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Support site management in resolving issues and attending meetings and audits.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in driving the highest standards of H&S within a construction environment. You will ideally have experience working for a main contractor and be able to build rapport with site project teams. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive H&S strategies, policies, and procedures across live sites are essential.
