About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Mechanical Building Services professional to take on a leading role in delivering innovative mechanical design solutions for high-profile building projects in the UK and internationally.

As a key member of our team at Cundall, you will lead a team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, collaborating closely with colleagues from various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.

You will develop and nurture outstanding client relationships, leveraging your expertise and determination to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will motivate and inspire less experienced engineers to achieve their full potential.

Key Requirements

A Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, you possess extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering within a building services context, including ventilation, cooling, and heating systems. Your strong understanding of low-energy design and proficiency in relevant design software are essential.

Given the client-facing nature of this role, you must demonstrate a proven customer and quality-focused approach. In your previous position, you have consistently managed multiple large-scale projects and multi-discipline building services teams to deliver to and exceed client expectations.

Your passion for creative and intuitive design is crucial in driving innovative solutions.
