Christmas Artist Role Overview

As a Christmas Artist at Too Faced, you will be part of our vibrant store teams during the peak trading period. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building rapport and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, maximise sales, and contribute to daily and weekly store targets
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures for receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and replenishment processes
