Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Artist to join our team at Too Faced during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues, working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment processes
  • Keep up to date on company/store information by means of Workplace, team briefs, or any other forums the brand utilizes

We offer a variety of rotas and contracts to meet a number of schedules, including flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas. You will also receive a range of generous incentives across ELC in rewarding our employees for their service to us, such as commission structures, referral bonuses, and many more.

Requirements

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
  • Great communicator, able to positively engage with our customers

  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
