Senior Salesforce Administrator - A Key Role for Growth

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with expertise in data management and security, including data imports, exports, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce systems, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies, including data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.
  • Provide exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning components and App Builder.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.
  • Experience with third-party applications and integrations, such as marketing automation tools, Data Cloud, Einstein.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead role.
