Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar, inspiring our team to deliver exceptional guest service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Lead and motivate our team to achieve exceptional guest service standards, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations and optimal pricing.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics.
