About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team of supply teachers in Aylesbury. As a primary supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of schools in the area, broadening your teaching experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create your own when necessary.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with school staff and adhere to school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • Flexibility and reliability.
