Job Title: Engineering Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Manager to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, managing a team of maintenance engineers, and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the effective completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
